Gain practical insights and strategies from those who truly understand your challenges. Peer Links are online facilitated 3 week programs. Guest speakers join throughout the program to share tips and strategies.

Eat Smart: simple choices to support your wellbeing
A four week program, lead by a qualified dietitian - discover how simple, everyday food choices can help you feel more energized, improve digestion and become part of your routine.
This practical program covers label reading, meal planning, and building habits that last—so you can enjoy food that truly supports your lifestyle.

A supportive 6-week small group program designed to help people living with MS and other neurological conditions improve balance, build confidence, reduce falls risk, and stay active safely. Led by our Exercise Physiology team, sessions are available in Hobart, Lidcombe and Footscray wellbeing centres.
Whether participants are looking to improve stability, reduce falls risk, or stay active and independent, this program provides personalised support within a small group environment.

Initial and post balance assessment included
All clients must complete initial assessment (face-to-face or via telehealth) prior to commencing the classes.

Building Balance & Strength - Part 2 of 2
A supportive 6-week small group program designed to help people living with MS and other neurological conditions further develop balance, strength, confidence, and mobility while staying active safely. Sessions are available in Hobart, Lidcombe and Footscray wellbeing centres.
Whether participants are looking to build on their progress, improve stability, or maintain independence, this program provides personalised support within a small group environment.
The program:
- 6-week face-to-face group program
- Small group format (maximum 4 participants)
- 1-hour weekly sessions
- Advanced balance and strengthening focused exercises
- Home exercise program (HEP)
- Initial screening completed prior to commencing the classes
Note: This program is a continuation of the Building Balance & Strength – Part 1 of 2 program and supports participants to further build on the skills and progress developed in Part 1.

Navigate MS
Navigate MS is a free, live online education series delivered by an MS Nurse to help people better understand MS.
Each session is interactive and includes time to ask questions in a supportive environment.
The series includes two programs:

This two-session online guided community group program, facilitated by an Art Therapist, aims to provide opportunities to support mental health and wellbeing, whilst incorporating themes such as: Strength; Change; Acceptance and Hope. Using creative expression and mindfulness, we can discover ways to ground ourselves, become attuned to our needs, and explore art making and materials to support pain management.
The Program:
You are invited to explore different mediums of your choice and are encouraged where possible to have one or two coloured materials ie pencil/pastel (oil or chalk), markers, watercolour or whatever you have available. It would be great to have a handful of paper available or perhaps a visual diary. Consider what you have and and your capacity, rest assured that within this space we can work with whatever we have on the day.
This program is provided at no cost thanks to the support of Rotary Moorabbin.

FACETS (Fatigue: Applying Cognitive behavioural and Energy Effectiveness Techniques to LifeStyle) is an evidence-based program designed for people living with MS to help manage fatigue using 'energy effectiveness' techniques and cognitive behavioural therapy strategies.
Developed by researchers from Bournemouth University and Poole Hospital in the UK, the group program is delivered by trained professionals with no more than 10 participants.

Addressing negative automatic thoughts associated with MS fatigue.
