Art Therapy: Two part small group sessions

This two-session online guided community group program, facilitated by an Art Therapist, aims to provide opportunities to support mental health and wellbeing, whilst incorporating themes such as: Strength; Change; Acceptance and Hope. Using creative expression and mindfulness, we can discover ways to ground ourselves, become attuned to our needs, and explore art making and materials to support pain management.

The Program:

You are invited to explore different mediums of your choice and are encouraged where possible to have one or two coloured materials ie pencil/pastel (oil or chalk), markers, watercolour or whatever you have available. It would be great to have a handful of paper available or perhaps a visual diary. Consider what you have and and your capacity, rest assured that within this space we can work with whatever we have on the day.

This program is provided at no cost thanks to the support of Rotary Moorabbin.
