    No matter your situation, our accommodation services ensure a comfortable and supportive living experience. We offer respite and long-term supported disability accommodation for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) or other neurological conditions.

    We run regular courses to help you navigate an MS diagnosis, to support family and friends of someone newly-diagnosed and understand your NDIS eligibility.

    You can access convenient support from our Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistant without leaving your home. We offer home visits and Telehealth services.

    Discover how exercise can support your MS with MS Plus' Physiotherapist, Dr Phu at the Lidcombe Wellbeing Centre. Celebrate World MS Day with this free, engaging, informative session, including morning tea.

  2. Melbourne MS Walk Run + Roll | Sun 31 May

    The 2026 Melbourne MS Walk Run + Roll is a fitness and fundraising event supporting MS Plus held on Sunday 31 May. Participants are challenged to walk, run or roll between 5KM and 10KM to raise awareness and vital funds to support people living with multiple sclerosis.

  3. Navigate MS: Living well with a new diagnosis of MS | 28 Jul & 4 Aug

    Specifically designed for people within the first two years of diagnosis, this two-part, small group, live online course facilitated by an MS Nurse is an opportunity to learn and ask questions and will support you to build confidence in managing your MS and connect with others on a similar journey.

    Following her diagnosis of relapsing-remitting MS in 2016, and later secondary progressive MS in 2021, Karyn’s life changed in profound ways, including the loss of her teaching career. Through these challenges, poetry became a constant source of support. Whether in hospital during recovery and rehabilitation, or in quiet moments at home, writing has helped her process and express her experiences.
